Lizzie has worked in the voluntary sector for over 30 years, in various senior executive, programme management and fundraising roles. Lizzie joined the Foundation in September 2023. She manages the grant programmes and coordinates the activities of the Appearance Collective.
Caroline Sharp FCA DChA
Finance Manager
Caroline provides finance and governance support to the trustees.
Caroline is a freelance charity accountant and independent examiner working with a range of charities including medical professional bodies, grant makers and Arts organisations. Prior to this she spent 20 years as a charity auditor and advisor, and has also been a charity treasurer.
