The VTCT Foundation

The VTCT Foundation supports organisations that help people living with a visible difference and their families and carers to overcome any social, physical, psychological, emotional or other disadvantage. We host and support a network of organisations called The Appearance Collective with the aim of fostering better collaboration, reducing duplication and increasing impact of those working in the visible difference sector.

After 11 years of making grants for projects aiming to improve the lives of those living with a visible difference, the VTCT Foundation has put a hold on grant-giving for general project applications while we develop a new strategy for any future funding as part of our legacy programme.

We are making a final call for applications through our Career Development Programme which makes awards for PhD students and Research Fellowships for research relating to visible difference. Do share this opportunity within your networks.
