What will we support?

The VTCT Foundation is open to receiving applications for funding in two categories.

1. Significant long term research, where grants can contribute to the proposed project as a whole or to a significant strand of the work being undertaken.
It is envisaged that such projects may well cover 3-5 years with staged payments based on satisfactory achievements of milestones. These projects may require funding in the range of £50,000 to £200,000 per annum

2. Small scale projects and initial feasability studies. This category covers not just smaller projects, perhaps involving support organisations, but projects where 'seed' finance is required to enable initial assessments to be made for larger studies in the future.

NEW fund for 2018.

The VTCT Foundation has now created a special fund to focus on assisting smaller organisations.

The Small Grants Programme gives easier, faster access to grants of up to £25,000.

It is a special short term plan (until the end of 2018) to provide much needed funds to support charities working in the visible difference field - whether research or service delivery – to develop their activities and increase their capacity.
